Velocity estimator removed — public marketplaces no longer expose ratings
• Cfx Marketplace and Tebex stopped surfacing ratings/review counts publicly, so the velocity-derived revenue ranges had no input signal. Removed the page, plan flag, and listing-detail card rather than ship a feature that always returns zero.
• Opportunity Finder demand sub-score now runs purely on forum mentions (Cfx forum + Reddit) until a real ratings source comes back.
