Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate against your current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle so you keep what you paid for. Annual subscribers can switch to a different annual plan and we prorate against the unused months.

Annual prepay charges 10× the monthly price (so two months are free) up front. It funds our next 12 months of proxy + scraping infrastructure, which is why we offer the discount. Cancel any time during the year and we refund the unused months.
