What we collect

Account data: email, optional Discord ID and display name, plan, billing IDs from Stripe. Usage data: searches, watches, audits, and saved opportunities you create. Product analytics are first-party and cookieless — we record which pages and features are used, stored in our own database. We do not use Google Analytics, and we load no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

What we don't collect

We don't collect or store buyer email addresses scraped from public reviews or marketplaces. We don't train AI on Cfx Marketplace assets. We don't redistribute scraped listing assets, descriptions, or images beyond fair-use snippets in our analytics UI.

GDPR & deletion

You may export or delete your account at any time from your settings page or by emailing help@stagecraft.gg. We delete within 30 days. Our Data Processing Addendum is available on request for Agency-tier customers.

Supabase (database + auth), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting + CDN), Anthropic (LLM grading of listing text), Firecrawl (public-page collection), Upstash (API rate limiting), Discord (optional sign-in and alert delivery).
